A small sea duck, highly decorated, and very brave in the face of adversity. Also goes by the name 'Lords and Ladies' which is another term for a European flowering plant called the Cuckoopint, which appears to refer to a small Cuckoo, a long-tailed bird with pale underparts known for its two-note call... --or perhaps it refers to a crazy person, which is what I think I shall be by the time I figure out what's going on with this duck.
