Your nose and ears continue to enlarge and your earlobes, affected by gravity, get longer and longer.
As we age, the facial fat and muscles shrink and sink in, creating a contrast where you have a smaller head with larger ears and noses.
we all become caricatures eventually...

South Korea banned coffee and coffee drinks from their middle and high schools in September 2018 in order to engender a healthier regimen for their students.
they drank it anyway.
