Yes, it's true. When at a coffee shop and I spy an empty table in my view, I get up and arrange the chairs to best accommodate a preferred angle for my next drawing. More often than not, when a new person wanders in, they sit in a beautiful 3/4 view right in front of me. Makes my day.
Just call me an aracnicaricaturist...

Wow, that complex, contorted faces. These seem like drawing as sculpture. I like all of them, but I think my favorite is #3, he is trying so hard to keep something in or get something out.
