Good advice. I abandoned sugar a many years ago (in coffee) But still I can not say NO to sweets...
ReplyDeleteI've cut down on extra sugar quite a bit, but I still have difficulty with avoiding chocolate (dark) and the occasional almond biscotti. Salt too, and that's even harder to avoid!
