A few people have recently inquired about the media I use for these caricatures; I use a roller ball pen, usually Uni-ball --and I have three varied weights:  fine, micro and ultra micro. ...sometimes I use a bit of brush-pen (Pigma brush).  The paper is from a regular Canson hardbound sketchbook (5.5 in x 8.5in).  
There is no pencil line, I go direct with ink.

I find it rather delightful to capture parallel pauses; there typically tends to be an echo from one body part to another with only a slight difference in energy.  Lips to hand, brows to mouth, ear to teeth, inhale to gravity.

As far as form goes, there's really very little difference between the orders; in terms of caricature it's interesting how helpful it is to try to animalize humans, and how useful it is to humanize animals...
