There are those who go for the "elite" gear which includes lip balms, Buccinator straps and Levato labii superioris alaeque nasi sheaths. ...all a waste of money that could be better spent on a hot cup of Joe. And then there's the sad botox people who try to look pro, but always end up spilling all over themselves and the table.
