IF ...reverse

Well, here's another nice mess I've gotten myself into!
Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy really mixed it up in the 30s and reversed the prevalent feeling of ennui fostered by the depression.
And here they mix it up again.
Just for you.

  2. Tons of Fun! Wonderful! I'm really like 'N' the drawing on the vertical piece of paper and the last drawing of the guy looking back.

  6. Haha! Wonderful subject, and instantly recognizable Carickatures. I like how you reversed their body and head shapes – and always the varied quality of your lines. Your early thumbnails are always so lighthearted and amusing. Thank you for the entertainment!

  9. Hey Richard! I don’t know how I missed these guys! Laurel and Hardy have always been a favorite of mine. Great take on the reverse bodies....Hilarious! A “Richard Ewing” classic! You really nailed their individual expressions and even captured a post depression feel. One of my faves of your’s so far! Thanks Richard for the visual treats you share every week.
