whoa - so rad!
this is insane! I love it.
It reminds me of my phobia of dentists LOL
i love seeing peoples thought process! the final product looks great! great job!
Eegads! This scares the hell out of me! On closer inspection, I really like all the silly stuff making up his dentures – especially the Golden Gate bridge. Haha! Great contrast in styles too - as is your signature. All that hard-edge hardware contrasts nicely with George's cotton candy hair. Really nice work, Rick.(I must go brush my teeth now.)
heheh this is super i love it.. awesome to see your initial sketches through to your final piece .. i love your style :D
oh lord what a mess in the mouth1 Beautiful!
Really fantastic work. And I esp love how you've shown off the illustration in all it's stages too <3
So cool. I adore seeing your sketches...they're so alive and are so descriptive of your thinking process...such fun.
I read George actually paid his slaves to get their teeth pulled for his dentures. Yuck. Some "father"! Trying to look past my dentist phobia, this is a great illustration. I think I'll go brush my teeth too.
This is hilarious. I love the constrast between the pen work and the painting. What lovely hair! I think that this is one of your best. The thumbs are wonderful too. interesting...how your drawing progressed.
I sooo dig this. The preliminary sketches of Washington are fantastic! character, informative, creepy, beautiful. Very nice, Rick. I agree with Alice, one of your best.
